Rumour has it that Farhan Akhtar will be a part of his home production and Nitya Mehra's maiden directorial. The film starring Katrina Kaif and Sidharth Malhotra is expected to go on floors by end of this year.
SpotboyE.com brought you the story that Katrina will play the lead opposite Sidharth (February 9). Interestingly, neither of the two actors is Nitya's first choice.

Deepika didn't do the film for reasons best known to her. On the other hand, Aamir liked the script but money matters played spoilsport. Even Hrithik Roshan’s name did the rounds - but fizzled out soon.
A source close to Nitya's film says, "The length of Farhan's role is yet to be decided."
